Our first product program focuses on a prepreg carbon front lip for the original factory bumper. Final design, model-year compatibility and pricing will be confirmed after sample evaluation and physical test fitting.

Genuine prepreg carbon, a 2×2 twill weave and documented manufacturing. Autoclave curing is preferred. A “dry carbon” label alone does not meet our standard.
Physical test fitting before release. Bumper compatibility, mounting-hole alignment, clean edges and complete installation hardware are part of the review.
Automotive UV-resistant clear coat, consistent weave alignment and careful surface inspection. Protective packaging is part of the product, too.
CarbonVyre is an independent automotive aftermarket project serving the U.S. market. We are building a focused offering of carbon exterior components, beginning with the BMW G8X M3 and M4.
We evaluate manufacturing partners, review materials and fitment, and aim to make each product’s compatibility and construction clear before it reaches customers.
